How to do 500 meter swim by freestyle

For a 500 metre swim by freestyle you will need a 50 meter pool or you could use a 25 meter pool. This swim is an olympic swim so if you wanted to be an olympic swimmer it is good for you it will improve you back in swimming.
The Equipment you may need.
Swimming goggles/ swimming pants/ a swimming cap if you like and a rash top if you would like to.
Step 1
Firstly Step on the block if there is one awesome if not it is okay.
Step 2
Secondly get into the diving position firstly put your arms facing towards the sky this fact i am going to be telling you is optional put your hands touching your feet next bend down but keep your butt up if you have your feet on the edge go on dive in.
Step 3
Next put your arms up make sure your elbow is out high and nice and smoothly.
Step 4
Lastly take your arm into the water and keep
Going quickly but remember to kick and don’t do the bicycle kick.
